Pork Gravy made easy.

Ingredients

Drippings from the pork cooked,
flour and water,
season salt

Directions

blend flour and water to make smooth mixture, add season salt to mixture. boil the pork drippings (I use pork chop drippings a lot). Wisk the flour mixutre into the drippings constantly stirring until thickened.

the more flour mixture you mix, the thicker the gravy. Only use enough to get the consistancy you disire.
