With a rich chocolate fudge filling, a flakey crush and a delicate drizzling of white chocolate, this pie is a real crowd pleaser.


1 9" pie shell, pre-cooked for 5-10 minutes
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees (180 degrees celcius).

Melt butter with cocoa powder over medium heat, being careful not to scorch the butter. Add sugar and mix vigorously.

Remove from heat and add in already beaten eggs and vanilla.

Sift together flour and baking power in a separate bowl, then add to chocolate mixture. Add in chocolate chips and poor mixture into pre-cooked pie shell.

Bake for 45 minutes until filling has set. Cool completely.

Melt white chocolate chips. Pour into pastry bag and drizzle over pie.

Makes 8 servings.
