Ingredients

1 (12oz) can beer
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons finely minced chopped onion
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Juice of two limes


Directions

Mix in a food processor.

Marinate fish for 2 -3 hours.
