If Dad loves his potato chips – but his doctor has told him to lay off the Lays, then these sweet potato chips are the ideal solution. Ingredients2 large sweet potatoes2 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 t Paprika 1 t cumin salt & pepper, to taste |

DirectionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel and thinly slice sweet potatoes and slice as thinly as possible. Toss together with oil and spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Bake 20-30 minutes until crispy. |
