If your family prefers cookies to cake, then these scrumptious squares are sure to be a big hit Ingredients1 1/3 c crushed graham cracker1/3 c melted butter 1 pound creamed cottage cheese 1 T milk 2 eggs 1 t vanilla 1/2 cup sugar Topping 1 c sour cream 2 T sugar 1 t vanilla |

DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and mix with crushed graham crackers. Pack into 8-inch square pan.Cream milk and cheese together. Add eggs, vanilla and sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour over base. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely. Turn up oven temperature to 425 degrees. Mix topping ingredients together and spread over cake. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares, using a wet knife. |
