This popular dessert pizza make 4th of July festive with strawberries and blueberries. Serve it for dessert and set off some real fireworks! Ingredients1/2 c butter, softened3/4 c white sugar 1 egg 11/4 c all-purpose flour 1 t cream of tartar 1/2 t baking soda 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese 1/2 c white sugar 2 t vanilla extract 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved 1 pint blueberries |

DirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees.In a large bowl, cream together butter and 3/4 cup of sugar until smooth. Add in the egg. Combine the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda; add to the butter mixture until just blended. Press the dough into an ungreased pizza pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool completely. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with remaining sugar and vanilla until light and airy. Spread over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries and blueberries in concentric circles.
