Grilled Halibut with Pineapple Lime Salsa 4135 views

1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets, skinned
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup white wine
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 TB lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a simmer.

Add fish and cook 5-6 minutes for each 1/2 inch of fish thickness.

Serve over rice.



Where's the halibut and salsa?
The title sounded appealing but I think the recipe belongs to another one. If able, I would like the halibut recipe. Thankyou,
