Ingredients

1/2 package vanilla instant pudding,
1/4 cup sugar,
2 tbsp vanilla extract,
3 cups milk,
2 eggs

Directions

seperate yoke from whites and keep whites in a bowl, blend together in blender the remaining ingredients, once blended add egg whites and blend a little bit longer. When done, pour into a glass and sprinkle a dash of nutmeg on top and serve.

My son is such a picky eater/drink kid and he loves this and asks for it all the time. It can be made for any occasion just change the name of it. I call it T-Day brew, Christmas egg nog, etc.

I would post a word of caution against the inclusion of raw eggs in this recipe - I once food-poisoned myself and my husband with a chocolate mousse with raw egg whites. And on our anniversary!

This recipe only takes 2 eggs, most take much more. I have used this around this time of year and every holiday for the last 20 years and had no problems. It's is much better than store bought egg nog and the kids will love it. SHOULD refridgerate the unused portions (but, we never have any).
