A HOLIDAY DRINK THE ENTIRE FAMILY CAN ENJOY! Ingredients3 cups milk1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs seperated 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 package vanilla instant pudding food coloring (depends on holiday what color) nutmeg to dress glass with. |

Directionsin blender add all but the egg whites and nutmeg. Blend throughly and add whisked egg whites (gives a fuller look to them when whisked). Add the food coloring to make your desired color. Add the egg whites and blend for a few more seconds. Pour into glasses and top with nutmeg.Author CommentsWe use this at holidays all the time. Food coloring makes it a festive addition to your table.Some advise caution with the eggs being used. I have used this recipe for 20 years and have not had any issues with it. My son loves it and has drank it since a toddler. |
