Remember that scene in Pretty Woman? The one where Richard Gere feeds Julia Roberts strawberries while they sip champagne? This recipe is even better!

Ingredients

6 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
3 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
1 pound strawberries, stems on, cleaned and dried well

Directions

Place semisweet and white chocolates into two separate glass bowls. Fill two saucepans with a couple inches of water and bring to a simmer. Turn off the heat and set the bowls of chocolate over the water to melt. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. Hold the strawberry by the stem and dip into the dark chocolate. To remove excess chocolate, lift and twist slightly over the bowl. Place on the parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries.

Dip fork into the white chocolate and drizzle in striped pattern over the chocolate-covered strawberries. Let set for at least 30 minutes. May be stored in the fridge until ready to serve.
