Does it get more Irish than potatoes and cabbage? Ingredients1 small head of red cabbage2 t prepared horseradish 1 lb red potatoes, cleaned but with skin still on 1/4 c butter 2 T green onions salt and pepper to taste |

DirectionsClean and cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Clean and quarter the potatoes.Steam together in a steamer basket for 20-30 minutes or until tender. Combine and cook butter, green onions, horseradish and salt and pepper in a small sauce pan until butter is melted. Drizzle over vegetables and serve.
