Light and tangy, a great way to finish off a heavy meal IngredientsIngredients4 T unsalted butter 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c fresh lemon juice 4 egg yolks 1 T grated lemon rind |

DirectionsCombine all ingredients but lemon peel in a sauce pan and cook over low heat. Stir with a wooden spoon, being careful not to let the mixture boil. Book until the mixture coats the back of the spoon.Pour mixture into a glass bowl and stir in the lemon peel. Allow to cool and serve.
