Bailey's Irish crème and chocolate... it doesn't get much more indulgent IngredientsReady made graham cracker crust1 package gelatin (unflavored) 1 t vanilla 3/4 c milk 3/4 c Bailey's Irish crème 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips 2 c frozen whipped topping |

DirectionsSprinkle the unflavored gelatin over milk in a small sauce pan. Let stand about 1 minute. Stir over low heat for five minutes, until gelatin is dissolved.Add the chocolate and continue cooking until chocolate is melted. Stir in vanilla. When mixture begins to stiffen, fold in whipped topping. Pour gently into crush. Garnish with more whipped topping and chill for at least four hours.
