Ingredients

5 ounces semisweet chocolate
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
6 T butter or margarine
2/3 c flour
1 t baking powder
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1 T instant coffee granules
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c mocha or coffee chips
1/3 c chopped walnuts (optional)


Directions

Microwave the semisweet and the unsweetened chocolate together until meted. Combine the butter, flour, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, coffee granules and sugar. Fold into the melted chocolate. Gently fold in the mocha or coffee chips and nuts.

Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of filling per cookie. Bake any left-over filling in a small brownie pan.
