Ingredients1 c smooth or crunchy peanut butter¾ c powdered sugar 1/3 c butter or margarine |

DirectionsMelt butter over a medium flame. Lower the flame and add peanut butter, stirring constantly over low flame. Add powdered sugar and blend fully. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons onto each cookie and fold into a triangle.Author CommentsA great filling to use with our Chocolate Hamantashen recipe |
