Ingredients2 lbs. country style pork ribs sauce1 tbsp. olive oil 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 cup ketchup 1 cup water 1/2 tsp. dry mustard(mild or hot) 1 tsp. celery salt |

DirectionsPreheat oven to 425°FLay ribs in shallow 13x9 or larger pan, roast at 425°F for 30 min. In the meantime make sauce: Saute onion, pepper and celery in the oil till soft add all other ingredients Simmer for around 20 minutes Pour sauce over ribs after the 30 min. roasting period Reduce oven to 325 and roast for 1-1/2 - 2 hours.
