Bake this classic Rosh Hashana favorite in a bundt pan for an elegant presentation. Ingredients8 large carrots cut into 1/4-inch pieces3/4 c honey 1 T lemon juice 2 T margarine 3 T flour |

DirectionsPreheat over to 300 degrees. Place carrots in a saucepan and just cover with water. Cook until almost tender. Add honey and lemon juice to the water and simmer for an additional 20 minutes. Meanwhile melt the margarine. When carrots are finished cooking, mix carrot mixture, melted margarine and flour. Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes. |
